SEARCH TIPS
When you do searches, the following tips should be useful:

Type in a keyword and see how many candidate names are displayed. If too many, redo the search by typing in more than one keyword, such as "unix and c++". When the results are displayed, current salaries are displayed in the left column in ascending salary order. When you click on the candidate's name, their complete Wallach resume will appear. You can select it to add to your list for further processing and you will then be returned to the main found list to enable you to pull up another resume. If you do not want to retain the candidates whose resume you pulled up, click on the "Back" button to return you to the search results list.

If you desire to see only candidates that live in certain states, type in the full name of the states as one of your search criteria (i.e. "radar and maryland"). Doing so will greatly cut down the found set of names, which will be further cut down if you desire by eliminating candidates out of your salary range.

Employers that are located out of the Washington, DC metro area might want to also search for "relocate"; which should eliminate the large number of our candidates who only want to stay in the Washington metro area and will not relocate.

We believe this new tool will greatly enhance our ability to be of valuable service to you, especially for those of you engaged in highly classified government programs where you cannot really give us full details of job descriptions. By giving your password to your hiring managers, they can do their own keyword searches without having to reveal the specifics of their search criteria...which we have found to be very popular with the management of client companies who utilize our searchable database.
